Natasha Churath LPN

Natasha has been working as a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2017, after graduating from Sprott Shaw College. She has since worked in long-term care, home care, acute care and case management in both the public and private sectors. She started with Proof of Care in 2022 and has enjoyed the dynamic role in which she collaborates with our team at Proof of Care, clients, families and community partners.
