Rachel Hahn R.N.

Rachel has been a Registered Nurse since 2013, after first receiving her Microbiology degree. She started off her nursing journey in her home province of Saskatchewan, then went to work on a Stroke/Rehab unit in Alberta for a few years before heading to a small northern Inuit community in the Northwest Territories for a remote nursing contract. After immersing herself into the local hospital rhythm, working in acute care, learning and diversifying her nursing practice and experience, she then decided to come down for a training program here in Vancouver. She worked in Infection Control during the pandemic, then a brief time at the Women’s EFM clinic, and Telehealth, before arriving on the team with Proof of Care in 2022
